    Haven't really ever had a bad experience at this location. Their service is always great. Quality of the food varies but that can be a result of the staff, how busy they are, time of day, etc.

    This location is a great spot to come get work done. There are always other people as working as well and it is a pretty quiet environment for those who are working. I live close to this location so I will be back!

    The majority of the time I do rapid pick up, it's not on the rapid pick up shelf even though it's ready. It's always behind the counter for some reason getting cold as I'm waiting by the shelf on my lunch break. Now I have to go to the counter and ask about my food that's now cold.

    This Panera consistently runs out of baguettes and bagels.  Numerous times I have gone during the day  and they have been out baguettes (both French and whole wheat).  I understand once in a while but this seems to be a common reoccurrence.  Other than that it's a typical Panera, decent food that's overpriced.  Even though I complain I still go back for the convenience factor so I guess that says something.

    This Panera must have new management because I've given them another try and they have GREATLY improved. My orders are accurate, fresh and bigger portions. Their rewards program is really good too. I often receive $2 off You Pick Two meals.

    disgraceful service. wrong items in orser!!! what the hell is wrong with you?????  waited 30 minutes for 2 items!!!!!!
